Katsukura Osaka International Airport

Very nice airport , clean , near the city staff are very friendly

Very limited food outlets and shops in the domestic terminal. This is a shame, especially for those on connecting international flights. Airport is clean though.

Airport staff were courteous and welcoming; there was some confusion as to which line to go for upon arrival as there was an intermediate process of biometrics gathering prior to seeing an immigration officer - signs in English would have helped reduce the confusion; luggage was quickly offloaded and retrieved; information desk staff ably directed us to the airport limousine buses - in English; tickets conveniently purchased from vending machines; luggage were efficiently and securely loaded into the bus; ride into the city was one hour; all should make a restroom stop prior to boarding as there are no facilities onboard, unlike the Narita-bound buses; also, aisle seats were all used check for seat availability prior to boarding. Very efficient indeed!
